Hongkai has a R&D team with many years of rich experience, and has cooperated with customers to develop more than 50 ODM projects, involving smart home, home security, sanitation and disinfection, children’s education, etc.
With more than 30 patented technologies, it has won many awards and honors such as “Kapok Design Award”, “Advanced Enterprise in China’s Smart Life Home Furnishing Industry”, “Best Demonstration Enterprise in China’s Home Appliance Industry”, “Quality, Service, and Integrity AAA Enterprise” .
The products have passed FCC, CE, RoHs, PSE, UL certification, EU appearance patent, Japanese appearance patent, Korean appearance patent and other international certifications.

What We Have
Hongkai has a national leading production line with reasonable design, high efficiency, convenient operation and high production capacity. It has an industry-leading laboratory and a batch of high-precision inspection equipment.
The quality inspection department of Hongkai Industry has obtained the “Enterprise Implementation Standard No.” after unremitting efforts. In strict accordance with the quality inspection standards, it is strictly controlled from raw materials, design, process and other links, and strives to make every product a representative of the industry’s quality. Hongkai strictly implements the standards and requirements of the ISO9001:2015 quality management system.

Hongkai focuses on the customized business (ODM) of small household electrical appliances, providing one-stop solutions such as ID design, sample production, circuit development, MD, mold design, mold processing, finished product assembly, reliability test, and size measurement. In order to better help partners and win the global market, Hongkai has reached strategic cooperation with many well-known enterprises in the world. For example: Xiaomi security smart camera, Haier Xiaoshuai disinfection luggage, Leica, Taili, Gaudí, Emart, etc., cooperate to develop more than 50 ODM projects. Products have been exported to more than 100 countries and regions.
