Some Questions

Why sometimes Vacuum Sealing of wet food fails to seal successfully?

When a food contains too much water, such as watermelon. Because of too much moisture, the vacuum sealing machine will keep vacuuming when it is evacuating, and it cannot enter the sealing stage. Or too much moisture accumulates and stays at the heating wire, resulting in insufficient heating wire temperature, so the sealing is unsuccessful.

Solution

Wet food means food with a small amount of water (no visibly flowing liquid), such as fresh meat, shrimp, fruit, vegetables, etc. When vacuum sealing this type of food, use the “Moist” mode, which will seal well.

If the meat is vacuum-sealed and marinated (because the marinated meat will have a lot of flowing liquid), it is recommended to use the “control” mode, you can manually control the vacuum, when the oil and water are almost close to the mouth of the sealing bag, select “control” single seal” to seal.

If there is a large amount of flowing liquid, it is recommended to directly press the single seal button for sealing and storage.

After vacuum-sealed fresh fruits and vegetables are placed at room temperature for a week, there is a small amount of water vapor in the vacuum bag, which causes the original vacuum-sealed bag to leak air, and the surface of the fruit is not fresh. What is the reason?

This is due to the fact that fruits and vegetables are stored at room temperature after being vacuum-sealed, and some of the oxygen will be released after the photosynthesis of fruits and vegetables occurs.

Solution

Although in theory, food in a vacuum state can be stored indefinitely, it also depends on the packaging material, packaging, and storage conditions. Therefore, after vacuum-sealing fresh fruits and vegetables, it is recommended to store them in the refrigerator. Allows longer storage time for fruits and vegetables.

All operations are according to the instructions, but still can not be sealed successfully, what is going on?

Please check the volts marked on the back of the machine. There are many sealing machines on the market that are narrow voltage, which means that they can only support one voltage. If the voltage exceeds or is lower than the marked voltage, it may cause the product not to be used normally.

Solution

It is recommended that when purchasing a vacuum sealing machine, choose a sealing machine with a wide voltage, that is, the voltage label is 100-240V.

Our vacuum sealers support 85-240V voltage for worldwide use.
